What scanner brands do you support?
Anything that exports a still image or short clip from a 3D/4D session — GE Voluson, Samsung HERA / WS80, Mindray DC-80, Philips EPIQ, and the rest. We don't talk to the scanner directly; you upload the image you'd normally hand to the parent.
Does the AI portrait look like the actual baby?
It looks like a plausible interpretation, not a prediction. Every output is labeled "Artistic interpretation · Not a medical prediction" — both in the gallery delivered to the parent and in our terms of service. Early studios consistently report parents love it as a keepsake; we don't position it as a fetal photograph.
Is there a subscription to cancel?
No. Pricing is prepaid credits: you buy a one-time credit pack ($19, $49, $99 or $199 — bigger packs include up to 30% bonus credits) and spend credits as you deliver. A new delivery is 399 credits ($3.99); each adjustment or regenerate is 99 credits ($0.99). Credits never expire, there's no monthly fee, and failed runs are refunded automatically.
How does studio branding work?
There are no tiers — every studio gets every output with its own branding included. Add your logo and studio name once in the dashboard and they appear on the portrait, reveal video and gallery, together with a small "Powered by Boutique Ultrasound" mark. The delivery gallery URL is on our domain; custom domain mapping ships Q3.
Is this HIPAA-compliant?
Keepsake ultrasound is non-diagnostic, so HIPAA doesn't strictly apply. That said, we treat scan uploads as if it did: encrypted in transit + at rest, never shared with third parties, deleted on customer request, and never used to train our model. Full data terms on /privacy.
Do you require a Credentialed Sonographer?
Yes — site-wide. Every studio listed in our directory or using our SaaS must be operated by an RDMS / ARDMS / ASUM / DMU / CASE / BMUS sonographer. This isn't optional; it's how we keep the network credible. See /about/credentials for details.
How long until I can ship my first delivery?
About 15 minutes. Sign up → confirm email → upload a sample 3D scan (we'll give you a test image if you don't have one handy) → generate → review → send to your real email. Most studios ship their first paid delivery the same day.
What if I don't ship many deliveries the first month?
Nothing is lost. You only spend credits when you deliver, and unused credits never expire — they're still there next month or next year. Start with the $19 pack (enough for 4 deliveries) and top up when the upsell is working at checkout.
