What happens when I exceed my monthly delivery cap?
We never cut off mid-month. On Starter, deliveries past 30 are billed at $1.00 each. On Studio, deliveries past 100 auto-route to a 24-hour slow queue at 1024 px resolution — no extra charge. Enterprise is always instant, always unlimited.
Why is each subscription locked to one location?
Studio tier ($149/mo) is licensed for a single physical location identified by Google Place ID at signup. This keeps pricing fair — a 5-location chain shouldn't pay the same as a 1-location boutique. If you operate multiple locations, Enterprise tier is a single contract covering all of them at a custom rate.
Annual billing — what does it actually save me?
Annual gives you 15% off. Starter: $67/mo billed annually instead of $79/mo monthly ($144/year saved). Studio: $127/mo billed annually instead of $149/mo monthly ($264/year saved). Cancel anytime within the year and we refund the unused months.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade is instant — new features unlock immediately, billing prorates. Downgrade takes effect at next renewal. No phone calls, no retention pressure.
