What kind of ultrasound scans work?
Any 3D/4D image — JPEG or PNG, ideally taken at 24-32 weeks. The AI works on output from any modern ultrasound machine.
What is the Realistic Newborn Portrait?
It's an AI-rendered photographic-style portrait of a sleeping newborn, with the head shape and facial proportions softly guided by the input ultrasound. It is a STYLIZED INTERPRETATION — not a prediction or simulation of the actual baby's appearance. Built-in safeguards prevent the AI from inventing features the scan doesn't show. Studio tier exclusive.
Do my customers see your brand?

How long does delivery take?
About 90 seconds end-to-end on Ultrasound X for the four-style set; about 30 seconds for the single realistic portrait. This applies to the first 30 (Starter) or 100 (Studio) deliveries each month. Past that cap, Studio tier auto-routes to a 24-hour slow queue at 1024 px (still no extra charge); Enterprise stays instant always. We chose this model so a single Studio subscription stays profitable even if a busy 7-day-a-week boutique pushes 300+ deliveries/month.
Why is my Studio subscription locked to one location?
Studio tier ($149/mo) is licensed for a single physical location identified by Google Place ID at signup. This keeps pricing fair — a 5-location chain shouldn't pay the same as a 1-location boutique. If you operate multiple locations, Enterprise tier is a single contract covering all of them at a custom rate. Our system flags multi-location use automatically and offers a friendly upgrade path; no surprises.
Is the AI medically accurate?
No. Painterly outputs (watercolor, oil, etc.) are clearly artistic interpretations. The Realistic Newborn Portrait is also explicitly an artistic interpretation, NOT a medical or visual prediction of your customer’s baby. We require explicit disclaimer language on every delivery and ToS acceptance from your customer.
What if I exceed my monthly limit?
We never cut off mid-month. We notify at 80% capacity and offer one-click upgrade. Overage is $1.00 per delivery on Starter, $0.75 on Studio.
How do I cancel?
