What scanner brands do you support?
Anything that exports a still image or short clip from a 3D/4D session — GE Voluson, Samsung HERA / WS80, Mindray DC-80, Philips EPIQ, and the rest. We don't talk to the scanner directly; you upload the image you'd normally hand to the parent.
Does the AI portrait look like the actual baby?
It looks like a plausible interpretation, not a prediction. Every output is labeled "Artistic interpretation · Not a medical prediction" — both in the gallery delivered to the parent and in our terms of service. Pilot studios consistently report parents love it as a keepsake; we don't position it as a fetal photograph.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel self-serve from your dashboard. We refund the unused portion of your current month, no questions. The Pilot tier ($39) also has a flat 7-day money-back guarantee on top of that.
How does white-label work?
Growth ($79/mo) outputs are cobranded — your logo plus a small "powered by Boutique Ultrasound" credit. Studio ($149/mo) outputs are full white-label — your brand only, zero BU mark. The delivery gallery URL is on our domain on both tiers; custom domain mapping ships Q3.
Is this HIPAA-compliant?
Keepsake ultrasound is non-diagnostic, so HIPAA doesn't strictly apply. That said, we treat scan uploads as if it did: encrypted in transit + at rest, never shared with third parties, deleted on customer request, and never used to train our model. Full data terms on /privacy.
Do you require a Credentialed Sonographer?
Yes — site-wide. Every studio listed in our directory or using our SaaS must be operated by an RDMS / ARDMS / ASUM / DMU / CASE / BMUS sonographer. This isn't optional; it's how we keep the network credible. See /about/credentials for details.
How long until I can ship my first delivery?
About 15 minutes. Sign up → confirm email → upload a sample 3D scan (we'll give you a test image if you don't have one handy) → generate → review → send to your real email. Most pilot studios ship their first paid delivery the same day.
What if I don't ship any deliveries the first month?
On Pilot, cancel within 7 days for a full refund. After that, you're paying $39 for the option to ship up to 5 deliveries — most studios in their first month ship 2–4 as they integrate the upsell at checkout. There's no penalty for under-using the cap.
